This Document Covers all PAPs within the area of Influence of the 16 dykes on the Upper and Mid-catchment. it is envisaged that civil works in areas where the dykes are located will result in physical and economic displacement. In line with global best practice and World ban OP 4.12, a resettlement Action Plan with the aim of mitigating the negative  social and economic impacts this project might have on PAPs is prepared
