Project Overview
The Four Priority Sites were the first set of hydraulic structures identified to be so badly hit by the flood event of August 26, 2011, on account of which IUFMP became a necessity. They were located at areas where residents were mostly cut off as a result of the devastating effects of the flooding. The works took the form of constructing vastly adequate hydraulic structures to replace the damaged ones for the purpose of flood control, whilst also helping to reconnect the disconnected locations.
